Welcome to Onlypic! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Onlypic platform, services, and associated content ("Service"), provided by Onlypic ("we," "us," or "our").

By using Onlypic, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Service.

Eligibility

Onlypic is intended for users who are 18 years of age or older. By registering or using the Service, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

User Content and Behavior

You are responsible for any content (including images and text) you upload to Onlypic.

  • You retain ownership of your original content.
  • By uploading content to Onlypic, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, promote, and display your content for marketing and promotional purposes.
  • NSFW content (including nudity and underwear photos) is permitted, but we prohibit illegal, abusive, exploitative, or hateful content.
  • We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate our policies.

Payments and Monetization

  • Onlypic uses Stripe to process payments securely.
  • Creators may earn income when users unlock original versions of their images.
  • Onlypic collects a commission on each transaction. The rate is disclosed prior to each payout.
  • Payouts are made to creators through their connected Stripe account, subject to Stripe's terms.

Account Cancellation and Data Deletion

You may cancel your account at any time. Upon cancellation:

  • Your content will be removed from public view.
  • Personal data may be deleted or anonymized upon request in compliance with applicable laws (e.g., CCPA).

Additional Terms

5. Intellectual Property

All platform code, design, and branding are the property of Onlypic. User-generated content remains the property of the uploader but is subject to the license granted in Section 2.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Onlypic is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or accuracy of content.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any damages, including loss of earnings, data breaches, or account suspension.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Changes will be notified via the platform or email. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
